Alan W. Wong President and Chief Executive Officer As head of the management team, Mr. Wong is responsible for the execution of the Company's strategic and operational objectives, across all product and service offerings globally. Based at the Company's corporate headquarters in Concord, New Hampshire, Mr. Wong travels extensively to all of the Company's manufacturing facilities, design and service centers throughout North America, Asia and Europe to provide the necessary support and guidance for Aavid management/staff at all levels in servicing our customers. |

Sukhvinder Kang Chief Technology Officer Dr. Kang leads the Company's effort in the development of new technologies to deliver the most advanced solutions to our customers world-wide. Based at the Company's corporate headquarters in Concord, New Hampshire, Dr. Kang heads the corporate research and development team and oversees the Company's design center operations in all regions. Dr. Kang and his global "A" team is available to assist customers world-wide in the early stages of new product design/development. |

Norm Soucy Vice President and Director of Global Manufacturing Operations Mr. Soucy runs the Company's world-wide manufacturing and supply-chain operations to support all of the Company's divisions and business units globally. All of the Company's factory operations globally fall under this organization. Through a strategic global manufacturing management team, Mr. Soucy is responsible for the development/optimization of processing capabilities, quality systems and effective supply-chain management at each of the Company's manufacturing facilities. Based at the Company's corporate headquarters in Concord, New Hampshire, Mr. Soucy travels frequently to the Company's manufacturing locations world-wide. |
