Alan W. Wong President and Chief Executive Officer As head of the management team, Mr. Wong is responsible for the execution of the Company’s strategic and operational objectives, across all product and service offerings globally. Based at the Company’s corporate headquarters in Concord, New Hampshire, Mr. Wong travels extensively to all of the Company’s manufacturing facilities, design and service centers throughout North America, Asia and Europe to provide the necessary support and guidance for Aavid management/staff at all levels in servicing our customers. |

Brian A. Byrne Vice President, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer Mr. Byrne oversees all financial and treasury functions globally. He is based at the Company’s corporate headquarters in Concord, New Hampshire. Mr. Byrne is also responsible for investor relations. |

Sukhvinder Kang Chief Technology Officer Dr. Kang leads the Company’s effort in the development of new technologies to deliver the most advanced solutions to our customers world-wide. Based at the Company’s corporate headquarters in Concord, New Hampshire, Dr. Kang heads the corporate research and development team and oversees the Company’s design center operations in all regions. Dr. Kang and his global “A” team is available to assist customers world-wide in the early stages of new product design/development. |

Norm Soucy Vice President and Director of Global Manufacturing Operations Mr. Soucy runs the Company’s world-wide manufacturing and supply-chain operations to support all of the Company’s divisions and business units globally. All of the Company’s factory operations globally fall under this organization. Through a strategic global manufacturing management team, Mr. Soucy is responsible for the development/optimization of processing capabilities, quality systems and effective supply-chain management at each of the Company’s manufacturing facilities. Based at the Company’s corporate headquarters in Concord, New Hampshire, Mr. Soucy travels frequently to the Company’s manufacturing locations world-wide. |

Marc Tessier Vice President and General Manager – Global Enterprise Solutions Division and North America Mr. Tessier heads the Company’s global division which serves major multi-national customers around the world with a technological and market focus on server, networking, storage and related applications. Based at the Company’s North American headquarters in Concord, New Hampshire, Mr. Tessier directs a team of design/application engineers, sales/marketing and operational staff located throughout the U.S. as well as in each of the Company’s manufacturing facilities around the globe to provide world-class services to the multi-national customers of the Global Enterprise Solutions Division as well as regional customers in North America. |

Based at the Company’s Asian headquarters in Shanghai, China, Mr. Tree directs a team of design/application engineers, sales/marketing and operational staff located throughout Asia as well as in each of the Company’s manufacturing facilities around the globe to provide world-class services to the multi-national customers of the Global PC Solutions Division as well as regional customers in Asia. |
