John W. Mitchell, Esq., Vice President & General Counsel
Mr. Mitchell joined Aavid in December 1995 as Vice President & General Counsel. Prior to joining Aavid, Mr. Mitchell practiced law for seventeen
years, and served as Aavid's principal outside legal counsel for ten years. Mr. Mitchell earned his law degree at Cornell University and his B.S.
at The United States Military Academy at West Point. Since joining Aavid, in different structures, Aavid has been publicly traded (Aavid Thermal
Technologies, Inc.; NASDAQ: AATT); owned Fluent Inc. (an international computational fluid dynamics software company); owned Curamik, Inc.
(a German manufacturer of ceramic substrates for semi-conductors); and owned and operated Aavid Thermalloy, LLC, a worldwide thermal management products manufacturing and technology company.
