Norm Soucy, Vice President and Director of Global Manufacturing Operations
Mr. Soucy joined Aavid Thermalloy in November 1994 in Aavid Thermalloy's Finance Department.
Over the past 14 years Norm has held numerous positions in both Finance and Operations.
Mr. Soucy was the North America Factory Controller for a period of 3 years before moving into Operations.
His financial leadership skills have been a main part of his success in his roles as the Plant Manager in Monterrey, MX, Dong Guan, China, Laconia, NH as well as overseeing North America Manufacturing.
Mr. Soucy brings with him a universal commitment to customer service, quality and lean manufacturing.
He graduated with a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Business Administration - Finance - from Southern New Hampshire University.
