Turbo Fin Cold Plates - Maximum Thermal Performance

Aavid Thermalloy Turbo Fin Turbo fin plates increase the surface area in contact with the cooling fluid by using fin structures in the flow path thereby enhancing thermal transfer performance. Unlike other extended surface designs, Turbo Fin cold plates offer the highest performance available. The products feature vacuum brazed construction and can be custom configured to meet application specific requirements.

Turbo Flow Cold Plates: Lowest Pressure Drop

Aavid Thermalloy Turbo Flow cold plates used specially constructed milled meso channels to form the fluid passages in the base plate. Turbo flow plates increase the surface area in contact with the cooling fluid by using unique flow patterns to increase thermal transfer performance. The cold plate components are vacuum brazed together to form leak free joints. Aavid Turbo Flow cold plates offer superior thermal performance at lower pressure drop than other cold plates resulting in less costly fluid circulation systems.

Turbo Tube Cold Plates

Aavid Thermalloy Turbo Tube cold plates feature an innovation on our patented Hi-Contact™ design which embeds tubes in the base plate to form a mechanically robust cold plate. Extended Surface cold plates increase the surface area in contact with the cooling fluid by using wider and more closely spaced tubes in order to increase surface area thereby increasing thermal transfer performance. Unlike narrow tube designs, the wide tube puts more fluid in close contact to the device base plate to increase thermal transfer.
