Standard Tube Cold Plates

Standard Tube liquid cold plates feature a joint free continuous tube mechanically interlocked into an extruded aluminum plate. The assembly process provides positive mechanical attachment. In addition a thermal epoxy is applied to the joint to provide a gap free thermal interface between the plate and the tube for increased performance. Standard sizes are available. Customized solutions are also available.

Hi-Contact™ Cold Plates

Hi-Contact Cold Plates Aavid Thermalloy Hi-Contact™ cold plates ensure minimum thermal resistance between the device and the cold plate by placing the coolant tube in direct contact with the device base plate. Direct contact reduces the number of thermal interfaces between device and fluid thus increasing performance. Unlike competitors that use a "dry joint" leaving tiny air gaps between the base plate and tube, Hi-Contact™ designs use a patented mechanical attachment along with a thin layer of thermal epoxy to ensure the best possible thermal performance.
