Thermally tested using copper heat source of same size as Intel® Pentium III FC-PGA.
Cost effective, all aluminium and high performance all copper heatsinks.
Can be supplied with interface.
Overall size – 60mm x 60mm x 25mm high and 60mm x 60mm x 20mm high.
Clip designed specifically for PGA-370 socket attachment.
